What if the reason this season feels so emotional… is because you’re standing between who you were and who you’re becoming?

You can be grateful and grieve at the same time. Because the life you're praying for will ask you to let go.

In this episode of Relentlessly Authentic, Rachael and Gaby open up about the beautiful, messy reality of starting over, embracing new opportunities, and navigating the uncertainty that comes with major life transitions.

Because growth isn’t just exciting.

Sometimes it’s heartbreaking.

Sometimes it asks you to let go of relationships, identities, routines, and dreams that no longer fit—even when they once felt right.

As Gaby steps into a new chapter, we explore the emotional rollercoaster that comes with change, the grief that often accompanies growth, and the courage it takes to trust yourself when life no longer looks familiar.

Together, we talk about:

• embracing new beginnings and reinventing yourself

• why grief and gratitude can coexist

• trusting yourself when you don’t have all the answers

• cutting energetic cords with the past to make room for what’s next

• navigating uncertainty and learning to surrender

• the power of community and being supported through change

• celebrating growth without minimizing the hard parts

• why taking risks can lead to unexpected freedom

• living authentically and attracting people who align with your next chapter

If you’ve been feeling like everything is changing, questioning your path, or grieving the life you’re outgrowing, this conversation is a reminder that you don’t need to rush the process.

You are allowed to miss what was…

while still being excited for what’s coming.

Because becoming isn’t just about gaining something new.

It’s about having the courage to release what no longer belongs.

And sometimes the life you’ve been praying for…

requires saying goodbye to the life you’ve outgrown.

The most beautiful chapters of your life won’t always begin with certainty.

Usually, they begin with faith & trust.

I think we just need to start with morning, everyone. Good morning, Rach. Morning, Gav. This week has definitely been worthy of some breath work. Lots of transition, lots of change happening.

SPEAKER_01

So welcome back, everybody, to Relentlessly Authentic. Thank you, everyone, for being able to follow all the time. We're displaced right now. Okay. So yeah, displaced. Crazy. Chaotic energy. Transition. We're here. We're in it. It's real. We pivot. We adapt. That's funny. Exactly. So yeah, why don't we take a few deep breaths? And then, Gab, I want to hear like an update on what's going on with you and we'll go from there. Okay. And give an update on life. So if you're with us, if you want to close down your eyes, maybe roll your shoulders towards your ears and down your back. A few in one direction. If that feels good. And then reverse. Maybe bringing your neck and your ear to your shoulder, holding it down to one side. Maybe it's your chin to chest, and then your ear to the other shoulder. Breathing into the side of your neck. Just starting to tune into your body. And then maybe a hand to the heart, a hand to the belly. Let's take a deep breath. Inhale through your nose and open mouth, exhale, let it all go. One more time, breath in, open mouth, let it go. Then start to seal the lips. If you've got a little bit more time, a nice way to deactivate the nervous system if you're also feeling a little chaotic in your energy is an inhale for four and an exhale for six. So we inhale through the nose for a count of four. And we exhale through the nose for a count of six. Settling your nervous system. I know Gabby has a full house right now in this present moment. So maybe you've got a lot going on. And knowing we can always come back to our breath and take conscious control of our state through our breath. Fox breezing and breathing is another really great one, but I love the inhale for four and exhale for six. So it's easier for me. So maybe you keep this going, and then me and you, Gab, maybe we start to have a blink open our eyes and come back to the space. I feel better already. So Gab, last week you were in San Diego, traversing, changing. I was. Going to interview. I was, I was. How was the energy? How was feeling like you're on the brink of a new adventure?

SPEAKER_00

It was exciting, but I will say, just to keep it authentic and honest, the day I got there, my flight was delayed. So I thought my flight. So me and my daughter both left the same day. She went to LA, I went to like San Diego. And when I booked her flight, right? So when I looked at my emails, it said, Oh, you're leaving from SFO at this time. And I'm like, okay. So I went to SFO. Mind you, that was my daughter's flight, which was later. My flight was supposed to leave from San Jose and it was in 45 minutes. So I missed my flight. They were very nice. They let me reschedule it for the next flight. So I got there and I was like, good. I have like two and a half hours. I have plenty of time. I'm in line. I checked in. I went through security. I sit down and I'm like, okay, good. We're gonna be boarding in about 35 minutes. Then I get a notification saying your flight's been delayed until one o'clock. It was nine o'clock in the morning. And I was like, okay, great, whatever. Then like an hour later, I get another notification saying your flight has been delayed longer until two something. I didn't fucking leave the airport till almost four o'clock in San Jose. Then we get on the flight and I have to take this shuttle to the rent a car place, and they can't find my reservation. It's just like the whole day was really, really testing me. I feel like it was a really big test to see if it's a good one.

SPEAKER_01

That's what travel's for, bitch. Right? It's like all just that you do in your day-to-day. It's like, let's test you and to see your embodied in what you say.

SPEAKER_00

You know, so I was on the phone with people and they're like, How are you doing now? I was like, I'm good. I'm good. You know, I'm like, I'm all right, it's gonna be all right. Like this is out of my control. I kept telling myself this, you know, like just relax. Everything's gonna be fine, you know, out of your control. So I finally got to my cousin's house where I was staying, and I was so exhausted. I was so drained from the whole day. And then the next day that I woke up, I mean, I was there by myself in the house and was gonna get ready. I was excited because I was gonna get ready for an interview and all that. And as I was sitting there doing my morning routine, meditating and stuff, it kind of just hit me. I was like, this whole chapter or this whole book really of the first part of your life is about to be over. Wow. Like, this is what your life is gonna be like. Because I was sitting there and I was like, wow, it's so quiet here. There's no noise, there's no chaos, there's no dog barking. And it just hit me. I was like, this is crazy. Like my life is about to change drastically. And I didn't think I realized it until that moment. Where I'm currently living in a home where all my four kids are, and I'm gonna go to a place where it's not gonna be like that anymore. Ever again. Ever again am I gonna have all my children living with me again. You know, three of them are adults and they're venturing out into their own endeavors and their own adventures and their own journey. And my youngest daughter really doesn't want to come with me. She wants to stay with her dad. She's 14. She's at an age where she wants to do her thing and she wants to be with her friends. And I feel like it's a very tough age to get up and move to a new place and start a new school and everything. So I really babbled with that. That has been something that has been very difficult for me, but I'm giving her the freedom. I'm giving her the freedom to choose, you know, to fuck around and find out. You know, if this is what you want to do, all right, here you go. You know, I'm not gonna do what I was always forced to do, and that's force her to come with me because I feel that's the right thing to do, you know? Yeah. I'm gonna allow her to choose and then to see if this is a mistake or not, you know, and she will have the consequences to deal with if it is a mistake. Yeah. But yeah, it was a really big moment for me of realization. I just started crying and I was like, wow, like this is the end of so many things. The end of I'm moving out of an area where I've lived my entire life. I was born and raised here in the Bay Area. And I could drive around here with my eyes closed and I know where I was going, and I'm going to a pretty large area, right? Southern California is much bigger than the Bay Area, and there's so much more traffic, you know? I don't know. It hit me and it was scary. It was scary. I was like, I kind of questioned it. I was like, are you sure this is what you want to do? Are you sure this is really what you want to do? Because you are stepping out of every comfort area in your life. And as much as I'm scared and intimidated by all this change, there's something in the depths of my soul that is just like, this is what you have to do. You want to continue to grow. If you want to continue to be expansive, if you want to continue to hold space for others, if you want to continue to evolve as a person and become the version of yourself that you are manifesting to become, then this is just what you have to do. And I granted, I don't know. I don't know what I'm gonna live, I don't know what area I'm gonna end up with. I don't know anything that I'm trusting. And I've never ever rate lived on a timeline where I'm just living on trust, blind trust. And that's what this looks like. And it feels so good to just not know, but just be able to trust and trust, not just trust the universe, but trust your intuition. Yeah, trust your right because yeah, trust, and that's what I'm going on, right? It's just trusting myself, trusting my trusting the calling, right? It feels like everything around me is aligning for this to happen. And I thought, look, if I don't find a job over there before it's time for me to go, then I just won't go, you know? And I'll just stay here. But I did find a job. I got a job offer, I got two job offers yesterday.

unknown

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god, that's amazing.

SPEAKER_01

Congratulations. Thank you. So, you know, is one of them the one that you wanted? Like the Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was the one that I wanted. Oh my god, Katie.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, okay, that's so exciting. Okay. It's the one that I wanted. Also, wait, can we just circle back to you lived in the Bay Area? It's taken you so long to try to find a job in that area. You go to San Diego and you get two job offers.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So that was that's the biggest thing, right?

SPEAKER_00

Is that okay, world university? Yeah, like my job just ended here, and I just haven't been able to find my job that I've wanted here aligned with me and for it to be full time. It's just been a year that I've been without a job full time. So that was the biggest thing for me was just like anytime there was a job offer, things would just go south. And I was like, what the fuck is going on? Like, why? So finally I was like, maybe I just gotta leave this area. And I think that what I feel here and what spirit has continuously shown me here is that this area has become an area that is just not for me. Like there's a lot of stagnant energy here. There's a lot of growth, but growth in a different area, in a different dimension, right? And I'm in a whole different dimension. I want freedom. I want flow. I want green. I want, you know, I want nature. Just yeah, you know, expansiveness and this area is very tetanus, right? So there's growth for that area. And everything is becoming very AI in this area. And I've just felt for a long time like I just don't want to live here anymore. I've said it so many times in the last, I want to say like three years. Like I just want to just want to be here.

SPEAKER_01

Close all the doors.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You know? So it's just like a testament to like how our bodies, our intuition really is there to guide us. And the more we listen to it, the stronger that calling will be, right? And that's truly how I feel. I just feel like this is what it feels like, people, this is what it feels like to trust. Just trust and go. There's nothing to be scared about, nothing to fear. If you make a mistake and you change your mind, you change your mind and you go back, right? That's what I told myself. I said, look, if I go over there and I'm there for a few months and it doesn't work out, then I come back and I start over somewhere else. Luckily, I do have family support. I could come back and stay with my mom in Santa Rosa, or I can find a place. It's just different areas. Like it's not the end of the world. I've started over before, right? With four children, yeah, small children. Why wouldn't I be able to start over and over on my own? Yeah. Like that's the one thing I got in my head was like, you did this with four children being young, right? Needing to support them, needing to take care of them. Why the fuck would you not be able to do it now? You're an adult, you're by yourself. You know, why wouldn't you be able to start over again and again and again wherever the fuck you want? So I think, yeah, that's where I'm at. And I'm in a really good place in my life. I feel like things are just happening in different areas, and I'm feeling pretty expansive and motivated. And you know, I'm good. I'm so good. You know, I haven't felt like it's in a long, long time. And remember how a couple of months ago I said, like, I don't know what I'm gonna do, I don't know where I'm gonna go. I don't know, like there's a lot of uncertainty, but I'm just at peace and now I know why. Because I up here, I didn't know where I was going, right? But in here, in my heart, like my heart knew all along where I was going. My heart knew that this is the right thing. So even though up here, like we can do the work to regulate our mind, right? We can do the work to regulate our thoughts. We can redirect our thoughts, we can calm the noise, right? Quiet the noise. But if our heart is not regulated, if our heart is not open and attuned and we don't attend to it, right? And connect with it, then that's when it becomes hard. That's when it becomes hard to regulate your mind, right? If your heart and your mind are not connected. So I think that because my heart was always in the right place and connected to my intuition, that even when the thoughts came up here, I was like, whatever.

SPEAKER_01

I think you start to realize that certain thoughts are fear, right? They're like the logical fear side of things that are coming up, but that doesn't mean they're true. And I think you have discernment when you're living from your heart that I trust this sense more than I trust that thought in my head, right? And that I think takes practice and it takes experience and it takes a regulated, I think, nervous system to realize that when we're unregulated and that amygdala part of the brain, that fear response is so strong that we actually can't trust those thoughts as much, right? Because it's the fear of doing the speaking. It's not the actual truth that's doing the speaking. But I think most people will let that those voices win and stay stuck and stay small and then wonder why, right? And I think Gabby, you're just like a perfect example right now. And that's why I wanted an update on the podcast of, you know, we're getting brought along the journey of you kind of being like, I don't know what's gonna happen. I've struggled that for a year to find a job. Why isn't this working? To then go to a new place where you feel called and all of a sudden have two job offers, right? Like that's pretty incredible. And I also think, you know, you were telling yourself, you know, this whole time, like I need a new place, like this isn't where I'm supposed to be. And, you know, essentially the universe was closing those doors to lead you to where you are meant to be. And like you said too, you know, if it doesn't work out, that just means it's a stepping stone into whatever next place you are meant to be, right? Like who knows where the next stone is gonna take you on the journey and on the path. And I think we get very hyper-focused on needing to have it all figured out because it makes us feel safe. But the reality is that your own inner safety of trust is actually what's gonna hold you and make you feel safe despite the world around you feeling very chaotic.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And I think like looking back, like even a year or two ago, like I started to like close doors or close chapters in different relationships with different people in my life who at some time were like the people that I felt were my community, were my people, were my, you know, were my support system. And now like my circle has gotten so small. There's probably like three or four people in my life that are those people, where a couple of years ago it was so many people, it was like 30, 40 people, you know, and I slowly like it's kind of crazy how it's happened, but for one reason or another, we got distant or something happened and we just parted ways. And even in my marriage, you know, you know, that whole chapter is also flowed completely. And it's just crazy the way it's like an onion, right? Like it's all by steps and parts, and you don't see it all happening until you get to this point where you really have to have a moment to take a step back and kind of resume out the bird's eye view. Yeah, the bird's eye view, and be like, wow, like all of these relationships that I thought were so solid, the community that I thought was my tribe, the marriage that I thought was forever, right? The home that I thought was gonna be where we, our grandkids would grow up, all of these things have slowly, like they're chapters in the book that have ended, right? In order for me to get to this point where I can finally close that book and be like, this is just a book that I'm gonna put on the shelf now that I will be able to talk about in the future, you know? And now I'm writing a new one that's gonna look so different.

SPEAKER_01

When you said that, Gabby, what made me remind me of is because one of the astrologers I really like, she was saying that this year isn't like a new chapter, it's like a new whole fucking book, right? It's not like, oh, this is my next chapter of my life. No, it's like you're starting a whole new fucking book this year. And so I think that you're just like, like I said, an example of that, which is really cool. But there's also grief in that gap. And that's what you're saying in the beginning of like, oh wow, oh my gosh, like this is happening, right? It's like this, like, my God, this is really happening. And I'm this is like the final big step of like this, this area of my life being done and this book being closed. And you're in this transition of now we're completely starting a new book, and that's uncomfortable and it's scary, and it can bring up all of the fear and the doubt because it's the unknown, right? It's like, I don't know what's gonna happen. And in the unknown is scary. Our body is gonna want to keep us in the known because at least it knows what to expect. And that feels like safety. We really have to train ourselves and take the leaps and take the risk. And I think partly too, the reason to do the work is so that when these moments come, we don't retreat and we have expanded enough or done the work enough to be like, you know, I can recognize what this is, and I'm gonna choose to behave this way anyway, despite the way that I'm actually feeling right now. I'm interrupting this episode for something really exciting because I'm officially opening the applications for the abundance activation retreat in Greece. And honestly, this is gonna be such a fucking vibe. I'm so excited. I'm so excited about the women who are already joining. Uh, so if you're a soul who has been craving expansion, softness, adventure, sisterhood, healing, abundance, and a deeper connection to your feminine energy, this is your assign to join the vibe tribe in Greece. This is a seven-day yoga, a Pilates, feminine embodiment retreat through the Greek islands for the woman who's tired of holding her entire life together through stress, pressure, overthinking, and survival mode, and is ready to step into a completely different energy. Because abundance isn't something you hustle for, it's something you open yourself up to receive. Uh we'll move our bodies overlooking the sea, regulate our nervous system, dance under the stars, and have bougie boat days, deep conversations, incredible freaking Greek food, beach clubs, sunsets, healing, laughter, and the kind of experiences that generally change you forever. Because sometimes you don't need another tool, technique, or strategy. You need a new environment, you need a moment to pause, a new frequency, a new energy to help remind you of who you really are. After my first time in Greece, everything really shifted for me. Not just externally, but internally. I trusted myself more, I trusted the universe more. I stopped forcing life so hard. I felt supported, guided, and deeply connected to creation, uh, possibility and magic. And that's exactly the energy, the vibe of this retreat. So you've been waiting for a sign to stop playing small, to start going after what you truly want, to start saying yes to your next big level, then this is it. You can apply or reach out to me via Instagram for more information. I seriously cannot wait for this experience and to experience this magic with you. I think this brings up an interesting point. My sister has said this, and I don't know if I've said this on the podcast, where similar like your thoughts aren't facts and your feelings aren't facts, right? I think there's a reason why you're feeling that energy, but that doesn't always mean that that energy is a fact, right? It's like you don't need to put so much emphasis on it that it's in control of you, right? We can feel that feeling through, but know that that feeling isn't gonna last forever, right? And then these other feelings are gonna come into play. So it's awesome. And I'm really excited for you. And when are you supposed to make your move, Gab? Or when do you start the new job?

SPEAKER_00

I don't start so I have to fly over there on July first. Okay. And I mean, that's essentially when the job starts, July 1st. Okay. And I I work the first, the second, the third, and the fifth. Okay. And then they go on vacation for the month of July, essentially. They come back at the end of July, and then that's when, like, officially, like it's gonna be on. So I'll work, I'll work the beginning of July, and then I'll have a couple weeks off, which is good because I'm gonna fly over there on July 1st, knock out that week, and then come home and pack up all my stuff and drive over there. So here's the thing, guys. Like, I'm not taking anything with me. I'm taking my clothes with me, and that's it. Because I feel like I because this is a new beginning, this is a new book, this is a new everything. Like, I have to leave everything behind that reminds me of my old life or anything that has the energy or has the attachment of this old Gabby or this old these old relationships, these old bindings, you know, these old attachments. Like I feel like I have to leave it. Yeah, studying cords, exactly. To leave absolutely everything behind and start, you know, the only thing I'm taking is my clothes. That's the only thing I'm bringing with me is my clothes and my shoes and stuff like that. But yeah, I'm I don't know. Like it's exciting. It is. I already ordered like a mattress that's gonna be sent to my dad's house on Amazon. And I was really excited. I was like, wow, this is gonna be my very own mattress, you know, that because the mattress that I've had forever. And I'm kind of nervous because I've always slept on a California king. Yeah, always. And so I ordered a queen size mattress because I was gonna order a California king. And my cousin's like, girl, if you order a California king, your room is gonna be so tiny because there's gonna be no room for me to put anything on. And I was like, but I've always slept. She's like, you do not, you are so tiny. She's like, you do not need a California king.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And so I ordered a queen size one. And I was like, gosh, it looks so cute. It looks so tiny.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh, your own bed gaps. And you're gonna have your own like your new own adventure. And like soon, you know, who knows that we might have your new own place next year at this time, right? Have all new energy in that space. And it's so exciting. I'm so happy for you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's just like it's kind of crazy. Like, straight, this is gonna be the first time in my life ever that I live on my own, right? That I don't, I don't know, that it I have get to make my own decisions on how I want my place decorated. Like I get to like no influence from none of my kids, a spouse, a dad, a mom, or anything. And it's crazy to think that at 46 years old, I barely get to do these things, right? I barely get to go and just live my life and you know, not have to worry about answering phone calls or like, where are you? You know, what's going on, you know, mommy, you know, like what's am I coming home? Like none of this, right? And that's really exciting. That's because that is gonna open the door for me to meet new people, meet new people in my life and new connections, right?

SPEAKER_01

You're gonna be in a such a different frequency, right? And you don't have all the energy, like you said, we're cutting cords, we're starting new. And it's like this time around, like what is are you gonna bring into your life just because it's just you, right? In your new quantum leap and your new frequency and your new energy. Like, what is gonna come of life in this new place, in this new way of being, in this new identity of Gabby, right? And that's exciting. And I think that's the most exciting thing, right?

SPEAKER_00

Is like the people that are gonna be in my life from this day forward are people that are gonna be the most authentic people in my life because they are gonna get the most authentic version of me. I've evolved into the most authentic version of me. And you either like me or you don't. And I'm okay with either one because if you don't like me, then I don't want to in my life, but you're trying to change me, you know, and any of that. And I'm gonna live a life without any control, you know, just no control.

SPEAKER_01

Like I said, just free. That is so exciting, and I will be so excited to have updates on the podcast of where you are and what you're doing and what's going on.

SPEAKER_00

It will be so exciting. I mean, I'm super excited for everything that's happening, but again, there is a lot of grief. There is a lot of grief, and I have to remind myself to take time for that too, because I get sometimes I get so caught up in the excitement of everything, I don't stop to soak it in to allow myself to also read the life that I thought was gonna be forever. Right. The people that I thought were gonna be forever.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but I also think like we've talked on here, Gab, like I think that process has been going on for a while, right? And I think at least for me too, I have started that process even before I knew logically that like things were changing. You know what I mean? Before like I even knew that this person might not be in my life for a while, like moving forward or like this relationship was going to change. I feel like I I in again from like a heart soul perspective, I was grieving that and feeling that those feelings of grief prior to the actual like ending of those things. So my guess is is that you've also been like feeling this way or knowing this for a long time. Doesn't mean that you're not still gonna feel it, but I think that process starts prior to you making the decisions, right? It starts before then, just I think on more of an energetic and emotional level. So, you know, there is space for that and you are gonna grieve that and it's gonna be hard with your family and your daughter and all of the things, but that doesn't mean it's not worth it, right? It doesn't mean that that transition isn't what's meant to be. It just is a transition. And there are all the feelings and the ups and downs that come along with that, but that makes it worth it, right? And it's either we stay the same or we grow and we change and we take that on and become like the person we're meant to be and up to the potential that we're meant to fulfill in this life. And it's kind of like we either choose to stay small and not fulfilled and feel that void, or we keep moving forward despite the uncomfortability of it. And that doesn't make it easy, but I do think that process gets easier because you have more self-trust, like you spoke in the beginning. It's like, I've done this already. I've had this with four children, I've done this with four children. Why wouldn't I be able to do it now? And priming our brain and again, like coaching ourselves up to realize like these thoughts or these feelings are here, but they're not actually true. Because look at all of this experience and all of these situations that I have made it out of, that I have gone through the change, that I have made it to the other side, that I have done this. You know, the fear can really keep us stuck.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And, you know, I definitely have lived in that space for a while. And that's not a comfortable, fun space either. So it's like, yeah, you don't change, but your world feels very small and constraint and could, you know, could a lot of constraint, or you choose the option that's more expansive, but you have to have the tough conversations and you have to go through the grief and you have to do all the things, but then you get to the other side and there's all the excitement and there's the alignment and there's the growth and there's the abundance essentially that is kind of gifted to you on the other side of following your heart and your soul and following your alignment. And I think that's the part that people don't always understand is that it's kind of like you have to take the risk now without knowing and leap and take risk. And on the other side, usually is where the abundance lies, right? And you mean you're abundant all the time, but you get rewarded, I feel like, by the universe and by your soul when you trust it. And sometimes you have to actually put your money where your mouth is and you do all these practices and we want the growth, but we don't always want the uncomfortability, but it doesn't work like that. And I think on the other side is when you're kind of rewarded essentially for like, hey, this is what you get for following your heart. Doesn't mean that's not work and it's not easy, but it is, you know, your soul alignment and you feeling good and you being in flow is the best feeling in the world. And knowing that you can trust it is the best feeling in the world because that's freedom, in my opinion. I'm free enough from my thoughts and my fear to do what I need to do and make the decisions that I can trust within my heart and trust myself and trust the world. To me, that's freedom. Freedom to make decisions from an aligned place, freedom to move forward, freedom to live the life that I want to live in an abundant state. That's the best part.

SPEAKER_00

And I just want to say like the thing is that we want to trust that the universe has our back. We want to trust that we know what we want and where we're going, but we want constant validation of that. And the thing is that the universe is not gonna show you the proof until you can 1000% surrender and just be in trust of it. Yeah. Because the whole time I was like, okay, okay, okay, but what about this? And what about that? And like, what's this? You know, like you want proof that it's all gonna be okay. And the thing is that the universe isn't gonna show you that until you get to this stage where you're just like, where there's she's just like, you finally surrendered. And now it because it's not until right now that I got this job, right? That finally I feel like, wow, this is really gonna work out. It's like my intuition was actually spot on that I see new connections happening. I see this job happening, and I see my life actually moving towards the direction that I envisioned. But that trust, that trust and that proof didn't happen until I was 1000% trusting in the universe and you know, my intuition. And then that's when that happened. I just like released all the fucks I ever gave and was like, okay, here you go. Like, yeah, and then whatever's gonna happen, happened.

SPEAKER_01

And the pressure that your family's like, what are you doing? Like, are you really gonna do this? Like, you know, you don't have a job right now. How do you know this is gonna work out? Right. Like, you also had a lot of like voice in your ear that you also had I still do.

SPEAKER_00

My mom's still like, but you but you're gonna have to commute, but how are you gonna do this? But you're gonna be stuck in traffic, you know? But you what about this? And what about that? And what about Bolydia? And what about, you know, and it's like, like, what if, what if? And I'm like, yeah, and I'm gonna fucking do it. Thanks, Will. Even if I'm gonna do it. Yeah. Even if this doesn't work out, I'm still gonna do it. Even if she stays, I'm still gonna do it. Even if I don't have a job, I'm still gonna do it.

SPEAKER_01

Right? Like that's the conviction you have to have in yourself, you know, where I believe in myself 100%, right? Like there's no other way that this is not gonna work out, right? There's no way that this isn't gonna lead to where I meant to go, right? Like, doesn't mean again, the fear isn't there, it is, but you also have to have conviction in yourself and in the process. And it's hard. And to have all of that voice and noise inside your head and say, no, I'm still gonna do this and I'm still gonna follow through and I still know, I still have that belief, I'm still devoted, right? Like, fucking congratulations. That there's that's a lot to be proud of.

SPEAKER_00

And I think that again, like things happen, right? People come into your life, there's signs everywhere. Like, I truly feel like there are signs everywhere, everywhere. Look, I just got this tattoo when I went over there. Oh, okay, wait, I see you. That's my angel number, you know, and I got it because I see 333 all the time on the time. Anytime in the afternoon I look at the clock, it's like 333, or in the morning. Sometimes I wake up to go to the bathroom and I'm like, it's 333. So I'm like, okay, this is my angel number. And I got it tattooed and I'm like, I got it tattooed over there in Southern California. Okay. And I told myself, like, this is all aligning, and I'm gonna start to see this number everywhere. And I have, I've seen it.

SPEAKER_01

Because you set the intention, right? You set the intention that this is gonna happen, meaning your brain is now priming to see it and it's priming for that intention to come true.

SPEAKER_00

And also, like, I just want to say, like, I feel like will was meant to come into my life or into our life just to show us what it like kind of like give us a layout of what it is to be all in, right? To share his story, to show us that like this is what it's like to just trust, right? Because that's what he did with be all in, right? He said, This is what I'm doing. Here you go, universe. Let it be whatever it's gonna be. And ever since then, like I tell myself, there's so many moments where I tell myself, like, this is what it means to be all in, right? Trusting 1000%, trusting in the universe. This is be all in in all areas of your life. So I do think that like he, you know, his journey was meant to be shared with me for me to see, like again, like for me to completely trust that like I just have to do whatever I have to do and I have to be all in in whatever it is that I'm doing. Yeah. Wow. I I love that. Yeah, I love that too. So thank you. Thank you, Will, for showing us that, you know, and giving your your sharing your your truth and your story because I think that's where like it our stories really impact people, right? Impact people. I sent you that message, right, from TikTok.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

About the woman who reached out about us. Yeah, yeah. She was like, Thank you so much, you know, like you've helped me believe in myself and you do that. And it's just by sharing my story, you know, it's just by sharing our story, sharing our truth. Yeah, we're not here to give you a roadmap. We're not here to give you a blueprint on how to live your life. We're here to share our story and to show you how we've navigated through our struggles. Yeah. That doesn't mean it's the right way for you to do it, right? This is just the way we've done it. And you take what you need and you leave what you don't.

SPEAKER_01

And I think the thing for me is like, as like a teacher, as a coach, as these things, it's like, I'm not here for you to do it the way I've done it or to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you trust yourself that you have the answer within yourself, right? And how to help prime your brain and your body to get you into coherence, right? Into alignment where you can trust that and you can move forward and do what is best for you, right? What you feel like is the best thing for you, not what I think is the best thing for you. That's also trust and coaching and leading someone to their own kind of sovereignty. And I think the world is a much better place when we're in alignment and we're fulfilled and we're living up to our potential and we're able to trust ourselves and take bigger risks and play a bigger game of life, right? You playing small does nothing for anybody, right? Just like you said, talent will telling his story helped you. If he didn't have the balls to do what he's done and start and do, then he's not inspiring anyone else to do the same, right? No one gets anything from you living a small life. Like least of all you, right? And so you start to play a bigger game, it's good for you and it's good for everyone around you, right? And again, doesn't mean you're not gonna lose people, doesn't mean it's not gonna be hard. It is, but it there's so much value in it for yourself and for everyone else around you. And I was saying, and that's the community and that's the connection, and that's the reach, and that's the trust, and that's the universe playing and putting people in your life and having open enough to have those conversations because those conversations change you, right? Change you for the better. And we, if we're open, not open to them, then we're missing the possibility that's right in front of us for us to get what we need in order to maybe spark that thing within ourselves to take the next step, take the next leap, take the next risk, make a change, help ourselves change with from within, because that's what will change your external reality.

SPEAKER_00

I think that I think, and I think we're also here like to cheer each other on. You know, I think support each other. Yeah, unfortunately, this world lacks a lot of that, lacks a lot of empathy and and support, right? I think there's a lot of fake support, a lot of people pretending that they're gonna support you. And then when they see you win, they don't like it. It makes them feel uncomfortable, right? Because they are seeing something in you that is missing in them and it makes them feel uncomfortable. But I think for me, like that's what I'm here to do. That's what you're here to do, you know, is to cheer others on, to celebrate them, you know, to teach them, to guide them that we are a celebration every day. We are a celebration. We are, you know, yeah, we are here to live. We are here to celebrate each other, to support each other, to hold each other in moments that we need to and give each other strength when the other one don't see it. The other person doesn't see it, right? And allow us to constantly be telling each other, like, look, you know, you've done this, you've gone through this, you've gone through that, you can do this, you could do this. Because I can't tell you how much those moments when you've been there or Jess have been there or Delicia has been there, my sister, my cousin, you know, so many other people have been there to tell me not to give up in moments that I've wanted to give up. In those moments when I just feel like everything is going wrong, and I'm just like, I'm done. Like, I don't want to do this anymore. And they're like, no, no, no, no, no. You need to keep going because look, you've already gotten this far. You've already done, like, you've already gotten through the hardest part of your life. So why the fuss won't you be able to get through this? Just one more day, one more day, one more day. And those moments are the moments that stick with me. And now I'm here.

SPEAKER_01

And those moments mean something when someone can do that for you when you can't see that in yourself because you're down, right? And that means a lot, right? Like it helps you so much and it does support you. I think that's invaluable. And like you said, I think when we can connect another and lift someone up, right, and have them to see them when maybe they don't see themselves clearly. I think that is truly like life-changing for someone when they have someone in their corner supporting them and reminding them who they are and helping them along the way. Because the truth of the matter is we all need help along the way, right? And when someone is you and then you have the chance to help another person, that is, I think, some of the best work that we can do in this life. Gabs, I think also why we do what we do here, just trusting that this is leading us in a direction and helping others on their journey of just living their authentic to true life. And so I'm happy to be here with you, Gavs. I'm happy that we get to do this, that we get to be filled in on what's going on in life and also share the journey of like this is us really living what we talk about, right?

SPEAKER_00

Right. So everything is not peachy, peaches and cream, you know, everything is not rainbows and unicorns. There's so much struggle in our daily lives. There's so much chaos.

SPEAKER_01

And you have a lot for other people. I feel like I do as like a coach, you know, for my clients, for people like they're struggling, like then you hold a lot of that space for other people without making it wrong and being there for them. And you also need that as a person as well, for people to be able to hold that for you. Yeah. I'm excited to check in again and hear where we're at, Gabs, but I've got to run and we'll talk next week.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, I've got to run too.

SPEAKER_01
